We collect the details you share through our request form or WhatsApp, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, guest count, interests, transport or accessibility needs, or details of a product enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request or enquiry and coordinate the service. We do not sell your information.
When we share it
With your consent, we may share only the details needed to fulfil a confirmed booking with a transport provider, hotel or guide.
WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policies.
Correction and deletion
You can request a correction or deletion of your information by contacting us through WhatsApp or the email address shown in the Contact section on our Home page. If a legal obligation or an ongoing transaction prevents immediate deletion of some information, we will explain this in our response.
